We were delighted to have been nominated as a finalist for the Installation of the Year at The Energy Saving Awards for our work with Racing Green Car Storage, the first carbon-conscious car storage facility.
The purpose-designed, dehumidified facility is solar-powered and uses recycled rainwater to raise standards and improve the environmental impact in the car storage industry. The Cotes A/S C65E 11 Dehumidifier supplied for this project allowed for solar energy to power the unit and we specified recycled fabric ductwork, further reducing the need to source new materials.
John, Freddie and Rory attended the awards at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Although we didn’t take home the award, the afternoon was a valuable opportunity to celebrate the incredible strides being made toward energy efficiency across various sectors.
